- Assistant, Disputes (with English, German or French) – The Shared Services Assistant Disputes will be responsible for resolving queries raised by customers and internal CCEP stakeholders within the Disputes area of Customer to Cash. The position will be tasked with driving and delivering CTC service excellence to the business with an emphasis on customer service and continuous process improvement to further enhance the CTC service level and effectiveness expected throughout.
- Assistant OTC, RS with German – The Shared Services Assistant Route Settlements will be responsible for validating and clearing all relevant differences of transport in the areas of: Check-out, goods delivery, Check-in and cash differences and maintenance of driver accounts and in-transit accounts within the Route Settlements area of Customer to Cash. The position will be tasked with driving and delivering CTC service excellence to the business with an emphasis on customer service and continuous process improvement to further enhance the CTC service level and effectiveness expected throughout.
- Assistant, CTC CMA DE – The Shared Services CMA Assistant will be responsible for the processing incoming promotional invoices from customers within the Shared Services CMA team. The position will be tasked with driving and delivering CMA service excellence to the business with an emphasis on customer service and continuous process improvement to further enhance the CMA service level and effectiveness expected throughout.
