- Guest Relations Associate with Italian and English – A Guest Relations Associate maintains the relations with guests and prospects by replying incoming enquiries, providing information about the properties, and providing support in case of occurred situations during the stay of the guests. This person will be strictly focused on our Italian market. The role requires active communication with guests and third parties, written and over the phone in both English and Italian. It is a priority to ensure a pleasant and beyond-hotel hospitality experience for the guests, aiming to build trust and encourage them to visit a Joivy property again, as well as recommending the brand to friends and relatives.
- Guest Relations Associate Night Shift – The Guest Relations Associate maintains the relations with guests and prospects by replying incoming enquiries, providing information about the properties, and providing support in case of occurred situations during the stay of the guests. This role requires active communication with guests and third parties, written and over the phone. It is a priority to ensure a pleasant and beyond-hotel hospitality experience for the guests, aiming to build trust and encourage them to visit a Joivy property again, as well as recommending the brand to friends and relatives. The position work pattern is on rotation, incl. weekends, shifts from 1 am to 10 am.
- Listings & Onboarding Assistant
The role requires presenting the information about a certain property on the internet comprehensible and attractive, and together exhaustive and brief. The property’s characteristics and specificities are to be transformed into an online listing. The position is involved in every stage of a listing’s life – create, publish, update and remove the listing from booking platforms. There is regular and ongoing communication and coordination with other teams in the company and booking platforms account managers. - Junior Revenue Analyst
The role of Revenue Analyst is important for maximizing the company profit. Applying the Revenue policy, maintaining up-to-date property prices in internal tools and partners’ platforms, while following the market variations. This is a technical role for someone who gets a kick out of crunching numbers, has an eye for market fluctuations and is capable of identifying the trend. The employee needs to be proficient at developing dynamic pricing strategies, in combining parameters price and terms, using historical and market data. Revenue Analyst assist in maximizing occupancy levels and respectively optimal revenue for the company.
