И тъй като летните месеци не са единственото време за стаж, ние в ПроКредит Банк разработихме нова Стажантска програма, в която може да се включите по всяко време на годината.

Какво представлява Стажантската програма на ПроКредит Банк?

По време на стажа си при нас ще имате възможност да се запознаете с бизнес философията и принципите на отговорно банкиране на ПроКредит Банк. В допълнение, ще придобиете опит в клоновата ни мрежа. Ще се запознаете с различни казуси от работата ни с клиенти и партньори, ще научите повече за това как предлагаме качествени услуги и какво означава за нас работата в екип.

Какво очакваме от бъдещите си стажанти?

сериозно и отговорно отношение към поставените задачи;
желание за придобиване на нови знания;
готовност за открито общуване и изслушване на чуждото мнение;
инициативност и активно участие в задачите на съответния отдел или клон на банката;
добро ниво на владеене на английски език.

Продължителността на стажа е от 6 до 12 месеца. Времетраенето е съобразено с натовареността Ви в университета (не е необходимо присъствие на пълен работен ден или всеки ден от работната седмица). Стажът е платен, като стипендията е на база брой присъствени часове.

BUSINESS CLIENT ADVISER

ProCredit Bank Bulgaria is part of the German ProCredit group, which is headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany. ProCredit Bank is a development-oriented commercial bank. We offer excellent customer service to Small and Medium Enterprises and to Private Individuals who would like to save. In our operations, we adhere to a number of core principles: we value transparency in our communication with our customers, we do not promote consumer lending, we strive to minimize our ecological footprint, and we provide services which are based both on an understanding of each client’s situation and on sound financial analysis.

Responsibilities:

Manages and develops current client portfolios
Prepares strategies and proposals for efficient acquisition and long-term partnership with new clients
Proactively searches for and realizes the opportunities for new business and portfolio development
Consults and negotiates specific conditions in deals with clients related to providing appropriate financing and banking services
Prepares analyses of client applications for financing.

Main requirements:

University degree
Fluency in English language
Strong analytical skills
In-depth knowledge of the market and current business trends
Strong communication skills
Willingness to learn and improve.

CLIENT ADVISER

Responsibilities:

Advises clients regarding banking services as saving accounts, loans, bank cards, utility payments, etc
Acquires new clients – private individuals and very small companies
Manages portfolios of clients and processes loan applications of private individuals and very small companies
Offers professional and high-quality service to clients

Main requirements:

Sales-oriented approach is considered as an advantage
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Strong organization skills
Willingness to learn and develop
University degree
Fluency in English language
